What is the difference between lactic acid bacteria and LAB metabolites ?

“LAB metabolites” is a collective term for the substances produced by friendly bacteria such as lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria through a fermentation process.

LAB metabolites are just the substances produced by lactic acid bacteria, not the bacteria themselves.

Our LAB metabolites are manufactured using 16 species (35 strains) of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria, using proprietary culturing techniques.
